These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Table & Together’s website and services. By making an enquiry, booking our services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Table & Together provides catering and event food services, including but not limited to private catering, weddings, corporate events, and live food stations. All services are subject to availability and written confirmation.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by us. Quotes are valid for a limited period as stated on the proposal.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or event proposal. Full payment is required by the due date specified. We reserve the right to charge late fees or cancel services for overdue payments.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and costs already incurred. Deposits may be non-refundable.

5. Changes to Events

Any changes to guest numbers, menus, or event details must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to additional charges. Changes close to the event date may not be guaranteed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue access, and any required permits or approvals. We are not liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Liability

While we take great care in delivering our services, Table & Together is not liable for indirect loss, damage, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, weather, or third-party failures.

8. Website Use

All content on this website is owned by Table & Together and may not be reproduced without permission. We do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
