Most catering arrives. Ours cooks in the room.

A live station is one chef, their equipment, and a single dish done properly — set up where your guests are standing rather than behind a kitchen door. There are six, and each one can be built into a package or booked on its own.

The Stations

Each is staffed by a chef and styled with our own signage and linen. Il Forno is the exception noted below: it comes with its own pizzaiolo.

What Every Booking Includes

The same service whatever the occasion — the kitchen arrives, cooks in front of your guests, and leaves the space as it found it.

Dietary requirements
We can cater to vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free, halal and kosher upon request.
Securing the date
We require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure the date and the balance to be paid 7 days prior to your event.
Outside Sydney
We cater up to 3 hours out of Sydney at an additional cost.

Where To Start

Four ways the kitchen works. Any of them can be taken apart and rebuilt around your event.

Packages from $89pp — staffing and delivery quoted separately

Stations are priced two ways. Added to a package they run from $18 a head for Focaccia e Prosecco to $48 for the Banco dei Salumi. Booked on their own they start at $650, or $1,950 for the salumi board, with a minimum of 30 guests either way. Staffing and delivery are quoted separately.
